PYJAMA GAME WITH ROXY
Finally, a follow-up to Virginia Plain: It's very clever, with a Who-type intro and ringing guitar chords that leads to a merry go-round feel that's disturbed by a tearing sax solo. Eno plays a morse code effect in the background and Phil Manzanera churns a pretty picking part through a Leslie speaker. Bryan Ferry's vocal lacks the sarcastic sneer of the last single, preferring a more subdued stance. For the sake of trivia, the word 'Rays' is scratched into the plastic in the inner circle of the disc.
