HARMONIA ANNOUNCE COMPLETE WORKS VINYL BOX SET
Including a previously unreleased record and new thirty-six-page booklet.
On October 23, Grönland Records will release a career-spanning, five-vinyl box set from Harmonia, the krautrock supergroup comprising members of Cluster and Neu!, and sometime collaborator Brian Eno. Complete Works will include remasters of studio albums Muzik Von Harmonia and Deluxe, the Brian Eno collaboration Tracks And Traces, live album Live 1974, and the previously unreleased Documents 1975, comprising recordings from Hamburg gigs and two songs recorded at the band's Forst HQ. There's also a thirty-six-page booklet, live poster, pop-up artwork and download codes. The announcement follows the news that group co-founder Dieter Moebius has died.
In a press release, Grönland wrote:
On Monday, July 20, we received the tragic news that Dieter Moebius had passed away. We at Grönland have had the pleasure to have worked very closely with Dieter in recent years and we will miss him dearly. We knew about his illness and despite this, he continued working closely on the box set with us. He and Grönland always wanted the box to be a statement of this incredible music and of life itself.
